Portraits of Addiction

This is a community-based art project that is just in its infant stage. After losing yet another childhood friend to overdose I decided to start donating paintings of loved ones who have either died from an overdose or are in different stages of recovery to their families. Since announcing this project one week ago, I’ve completed three portraits and am in contact with another family for a few more. Art can be a form of healing and can help destigmatize an important public health issue.

If you would like a painting or would like to help with the purchase of supplies, please reach out. All paintings are done no questions asked, free of judgment, and full of love.
